Rob Newman

Rob Newman, BBA, AACI, P. App., currently serves as Senior Director of Property Tax at Colliers, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Altus Group, where roles progressed from Analyst to Director in Property Tax. Earlier career highlights feature an Assessor role at Service New Brunswick and various management positions in the hospitality and supply chain sectors, including Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Industrial Rail Services. Rob Newman holds an AACI degree in Real Estate - Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and a completed Sommelier designation course.
