Sam Addison

Sam Addison serves as the Head of Enterprise Project Management for Occupier Services EMEA at Colliers since January 2018, following a tenure as Project Manager at TowerEight where significant expansion in the office sector was led. Prior experience includes directing the Corporate Occupier PM team at JLL from 1997 to 2015, delivering services to high-profile clients like Sky, GSK, and Amazon. Sam's career began as a Building Surveyor at Drivers Jonas, progressing to a Senior Building Surveyor at Savills, specializing in acquisition and fit-out projects. Academic qualifications include a PGDip in Project Management from the University College of Estate Management and a BSc in Building Surveying from The University of Salford, complemented by recent studies on Business and Climate Change at the University of Cambridge.
