Sam's notable accomplishments include overseeing the $53.75 million sale of Castle Rock Industrial Park and the $39 million sale of Goodman’s Glassworks Industrial Park. Prior to their current role, Sam worked at CBRE from 2008 to 2014, focusing on industrial sales and leasing as well as in the Investment Division.
