Selene Simonson

Selene Simonson, CPA, has extensive experience in property financial management, currently serving as Assistant Property Controller at Colliers since January 2022, overseeing financial statements and audits for multiple commercial properties. Previous roles include Property Controller at JLL, where responsibilities encompassed financial preparation and analysis for significant commercial accounts, and at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., managing financials for over 50 mixed-use properties. Selene's long-standing career also features leadership positions at Taconic Management Company, TGM Associates, and ZECKENDORF DEVELOPMENT, LLC, with a solid foundation in accounting developed through early roles at Most Horowitz and Company and Grant Thornton LLP.
