Shane O'Brien

Shane O'Brien is the National Director at Colliers Rural & Agribusiness and a Director at Northington AgriCapital Limited. With over two decades of experience in the New Zealand rural real estate profession, Shane has built extensive networks across New Zealand and Australia and is highly regarded in the industry. Prior to establishing Colliers Rural & Agribusiness in 2014, Shane was a Managing Director and shareholder of another major rural real estate company for eleven years. In 2008, Shane was recognized as a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of NZ for contributions to the field. Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management from Lincoln College, Canterbury.
