Sharmini Wainwright

Sharmini Wainwright is the National Director of People & Performance at Colliers, overseeing operations across Australia. Previously, they served as Managing Director for Michael Page and Page Personnel in Hong Kong, managing a team of 140 and significantly contributing to the companies' growth in the region. With over 12 years at PageGroup and a background as a Chartered Accountant, Sharmini shifted to recruitment driven by a passion for developing talent and business. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
