Shawn Rupp is a founding partner of the Colliers Florida Multifamily Team, where they serve as Managing Director. With over two decades of experience in investment real estate, Rupp specializes in providing advisory and disposition services to multifamily property owners. Under their leadership, the team achieved the highest number of multifamily transactions in Florida in 2020. Rupp also has experience in lease negotiations for office and retail properties and authored "The Commercial Office Lease Companion." In addition to their professional expertise, Rupp is an active community member, serving on the board for Habitat for Humanity and holding recognition as a dog rehabilitator within the Humane Society.
