Simon Long

Simon Long is a seasoned professional in the field of building surveying and project management, currently serving as a Director at Colliers since January 2023. Prior to this, Simon held a similar role at Paragon Building Consultancy Ltd from August 2015 to January 2023, specializing in refurbishment works, pre-acquisition due diligence surveys, commercial lease dilapidations, and technical monitoring of construction loans. From August 2005 to August 2015, Simon worked as a Senior Surveyor at Colliers International UK, providing core surveying and project management services to blue-chip clients. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from The University of Salford, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
