Simon Pickford

Simon Pickford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in building consultancy and surveying. Currently serving as a Director at Colliers since December 2022, Simon has also been a Director at Paragon Building Consultancy Ltd since March 2009, where responsibilities encompass client management, IT, marketing, and media. Previously, Simon held the position of Associate Director at CNP Ltd from June 2001 to March 2009, progressing from a placement student to chartered surveyor and senior roles. Simon holds a BSc Hons in Building Surveying from Northumbria University and A Levels from Ashton Sixth Form College.
