Simon Poon is the Valuation Services Director at Colliers, a position they have held since 2021. With a career in the appraisal industry beginning in 2003, Simon has conducted thousands of commercial appraisals throughout the Lower Mainland and has been a Licensed Realtor© since 1999. Simon is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and obtained the Certified Reserve Fund Planner (CRP) designation in 2012. Currently, Simon is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at UBC, focusing on Urban Land Economics and Marketing.
