Stanley Hunter

Stanley Hunter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and executive leadership within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Director at Colliers since September 2017, Stanley focuses on healthcare projects. Previously, Stanley held the position of Director of Master Facilities Plan Projects at Stamford Health from April 2013 to September 2017, overseeing a $450 million new hospital building initiative and receiving the 2015 "Owner of the Year" Award from the Association of General Contractors of Connecticut. From September 2001 to March 2013, Stanley worked as Project Executive for the $340 million Baystate Hospital of the Future and managed the Project Management group. Earlier roles include Project Manager at UCSF where key contributions were made to cancer research facilities and master planning, and as a Consultant at ICF International. Stanley holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
