Stephen Baines

Stephen Baines is the Director of Facilities Management at Colliers, where they oversee a team of Facility Managers and manage a portfolio of premium CBD sites in Adelaide, focusing on properties for Quintessential Equity. With extensive experience in facilities management, they have worked in diverse environments including commercial and science/technology sectors, and are skilled in contractor management, process improvement, and tenant engagement. Previously, Stephen served as a Senior Facilities Officer at SAHMRI, and also held multiple roles at Schneider Electric, developing integrated systems for major projects. They are passionate about creating sustainable facilities that meet the needs of all stakeholders. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Chemistry and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Sheffield.
