Steve Kucera

Steve Kucera, SIOR, CCIM, is currently the Vice Chair of Industrial Services at Colliers, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served as Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews from 2016 to 2025 and specialized in industrial sales and leasing at NAI Alliance between 2013 and 2015. Earlier, Steve worked as a Property Manager at Prologis and Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc., where they managed assets and negotiated complex transactions. They began their career as an Associate Broker at Jones Lang LaSalle of Americas, Inc. and earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Montana - School of Business Administration from 1997 to 2001.
