Steven C. Bauer is currently the Executive Vice President at Colliers International, a position held since 2023. As a Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield since 2007, they have established a decade-long expertise in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, specializing in tenant representation services and strategic planning for transaction execution nationwide. In addition to their professional roles, Steven has contributed to the community as the Chair of the Young Leaders Society of the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and as a member of its Campaign Cabinet.
