Steven Foubert, M.Sc., P.Eng., PMP, CPM, is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Colliers since April 2021, specializing in land development and multi-family projects. As President and CEO of Elysium Real Estate Group Inc. since May 2020, Steven leads initiatives aimed at enhancing Winnipeg's real estate community and fostering strong neighborhoods. With extensive experience in project management across various roles, including Senior Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders and Project Manager at Stantec, Steven has successfully overseen over $150M in large-scale projects annually. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from the University of Manitoba, alongside a Leadership Development Certificate and a Minor in Business Management.
