Susan Morris

Susan Morris is the President, Principal, and Broker of Resource Development Investment Properties, Inc. Since 1996, they have served as a Senior Vice President and Investment Specialist at Colliers Arnold, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment and development assets across various sectors. Additionally, from 1972 to 1974, they held the position of Systems Director for the State Court Administration in Florida, where they developed and managed a Management Information System. In 2007, they briefly served as an Adjunct Professor in the Finance Department at Stetson University, teaching a course in Real Estate Investments. Currently, Susan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Abstract Mathematics at Stetson University and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida.
