Tim Allison

Tim Allison is an Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where they are responsible for the National Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business operations. With a focus on service excellence and strategic platform development, Tim oversees property operations and third-party management services across U.S. markets. Prior to this role, Tim held leadership positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Advantis, managing significant portfolios and client relationships. Tim served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, Tim is a LEED Green Associate.
