With over two decades of experience, Tim has developed extensive knowledge in residential property, leading a high-performing team and driving over $20 billion in apartment sales. They are recognized for their forward-thinking leadership and commitment to industry-leading service across various sectors, including Build-to-sell and Build-to-rent. Tim has played a crucial role in maintaining Colliers' market-leading position and cultivating a supportive work culture. Tim holds degrees from the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Lincoln, along with a Real Estate Licence from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.
