Tim Woods

Tim Woods is the Co-Head of Risk Management for Valuations & Advisory at Colliers, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial and residential valuation, agency, and asset management. They previously held roles as a Chartered Surveyor at Sutton Kersh and Ganly Walters, where they specialized in property valuations for various purposes, and as a Property Surveyor at Harcourt Developments, managing international properties. Tim also worked as an Associate Director at Colliers International and as a Property Consultant at Tim Woods Property Consultants before their current position at Colliers. They hold a Master of Science in Commercial Property from Liverpool John Moores University.
