Todd Jones

Todd Jones is a Regional Director at Colliers Project Leaders in the Bay of Plenty, where they have been instrumental in leading master planning and redevelopment projects. With a robust background in construction site management, project management, and building consultancy, Todd has over 16 years of experience in managing both brownfield and greenfield sites. They possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across various levels. Todd previously worked as a Site Manager at Arrow International Limited and held roles as a Building Surveyor/Project Manager at Hampton Jones Property Consultancy Ltd and Alexander and Co. They earned a Bachelor of Construction in Construction Management from Massey University and a National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
