Tom Cullen is a Director at Colliers International with 25 years of experience in the retail market, specializing in retail acquisitions and consultancy for landlords and developers throughout the UK. Tom has successfully instructed high-profile clients such as Sainsbury’s Local and Subway, acquiring numerous stores over the years. With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management from the University of Central England, Tom has also played a key role in acquisition programs for various brands including Phenix Salon Suites UK and Hotel Chocolat. Prior to Colliers International, Tom served as a Senior Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton from 2001 to 2003.
