Tom Davenport

Tom Davenport is the Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Atlanta, a position held since 2023. With over thirty-five years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, they previously served as President of Lavista Associates, Inc. from 2007 to 2019, leading efforts in expanding sales and business development platforms. Tom's expertise includes tenant and purchaser representation, strategic planning, and managing lease administration tasks, as well as involvement in design and construction management. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984.
