Tom Farmer

Tom Farmer is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in office and industrial services. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Office Services at Colliers since September 2021, Tom has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Director at Colliers International, and Director at Franklin Street, where the focus was on growing Landlord Agency Office Leasing in South Florida. Their career also includes roles at CBRE and Terranova Corporation, where Tom specialized in leasing and marketing grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use developments. Prior to entering the real estate sector, Tom was a professional baseball player, having played as a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers and Los Angeles Dodgers, advancing through various minor league levels. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
