Tom began their career in agency recruitment with Verrus in the UK and Robert Walters in Sydney, developing a strong focus on candidate care and business development. Prior to their tenure at Colliers, they worked at Poole Resourcing and National Credit Insurance, honing their skills in recruitment and business development within various sectors.
