Tom Pearson

Tom Pearson, SIOR, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where since August 2006, Tom has been a key member of the Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors team in the Dallas office, as well as participating in the National Logistics and Transportation Group and the Food Advisory Services specialty practice. With over 75 years of collective experience in industrial real estate advisory and brokerage, the team focuses on connecting supply chain strategies with optimal real estate solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Colliers, Tom held the position of Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. from January 1998 to August 2006, where expertise was concentrated on selling warehouse investment properties and corporate dispositions. Before that, Tom was Executive Vice President at The Fults Companies from 1986 to 1997 and served as Vice President at Joe Foster Company from 1977 to 1986. Tom holds two MBA degrees—one in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and another in Marketing/Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
