Tom Quaid

Tom Quaid is a third-generation property specialist based in Cairns, currently serving as the Residential Sales Manager and leading the residential sales team at Quaid Real Estate, the longest-running family-owned agency in Far North Queensland. They also hold the position of Zone Chair for Cairns and the Far North at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, making history as the youngest person elected to this role. With extensive experience across various property types, Tom prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to clients while consistently achieving record-breaking sales in the region. Prior to their current roles, they gained valuable experience at Colliers International and as an Auction Assistant at Quaid Auctioneers. Tom holds a degree from James Cook University, graduating with distinction.
