Troy Oliver is an experienced structural engineer currently serving as Project Director at Colliers since January 2024. Previously, Troy held various roles at Pritchard Francis from July 2021 to January 2024, including Associate - Structural and Structural Project Engineer, where Troy developed expertise in concrete, steel, and blast design, contributing to major infrastructure projects such as the Wheatstone and Gorgon projects in Western Australia. Notably, Troy presented a paper on blast-resistant buildings at the 2014 ASEC Conference in Auckland, New Zealand. As Project Leader in the Darwin office, Troy focused on client relationship development and the delivery of structural design documentation. Troy earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from The University of Western Australia between 2007 and 2010.
