Wayne Kasbar

Wayne Kasbar is a Managing Director at Colliers International and has over twenty years of experience in real estate leasing and sales within the NY/NJ/PA/CT region. Having specialized for fifteen years as a Tenant Representative in Manhattan, they also served four years as a Landlord representative for one of NYC's largest private holding companies. Kasbar has significant expertise in overseeing post-lease construction fit-outs, managing approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of construction oversight in Manhattan. They previously held positions at Trammell Crow Company and Sage Realty Corporation and are currently an Advisory Board Member at BWG Strategy LLC. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University.
