Will Biss is the Director of Colliers Corporate Solutions in Auckland, where they lead a team managing large property portfolios throughout New Zealand. With over 15 years of experience in the property sector, Will specializes in portfolio planning, lease negotiation, and business development. Since taking on a business development role in 2014, the Auckland team has expanded significantly, solidifying Corporate Solutions as the fastest growing unit within Colliers. Will's contributions to the industry have been recognized through multiple prestigious awards, including RICS Team of the Year and PINZ Innovation Award. They hold a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Master’s in Corporate Real Estate, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
