William Biggin is the Director and head of valuation at the Manchester office of Colliers International, a position held since 2007. Beginning their career as a Surveyor at King Sturge, they progressed to Associate Director of Valuation at DTZ before joining Colliers. William served as an Investigation Officer at the University of Manchester from 1997 to 1999 and is a qualified member of the RICS.
