William Mankin

William Mankin has an extensive background in economic development and commercial advisory roles, highlighted by positions such as Senior Planner and Economic Development Director for the City of Fort Myers from 1990 to 1999. Mankin served as City of Fort Myers Liaison for the Horizon Council Executive Committee between 1999 and 2001 and held leadership roles, including President of the Board of Directors for the Edison Festival of Light from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Mankin is the Managing Director of Office Services at Colliers International SW Florida, a position held since 2006, preceded by a role as Commercial Advisor at VIP Commercial. Mankin’s educational background includes a degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, attained from 1979 to 1983.
