Yik Tsui

Yik Tsui is the Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers International in China, focusing on market expansion and property valuation for various assets. Previously, Yik served as Director at Savills Greater China, overseeing operations in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and held multiple roles including Director at Knight Frank and Head of Valuation at E-Commercial China. Yik began their career as an Engineer at the China Land Surveying and Planning Institute and has extensive experience in property valuation and management across several firms. Yik holds a BSc in Surveying from Shanghai Tongji University and an MPhil in Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
