Luis Palma is a detail-focused Facilities Manager with extensive experience in integrated facilities and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Collin County, they previously held similar roles at LifePath Systems and KIPP Texas Public Schools. At Growing Up Green Charter Schools, they managed teams across three campuses, overseeing sanitation, security, and maintenance while liaising with various city departments. Luis is dedicated to implementing technology-driven solutions and optimizing budgets, emphasizing preventive maintenance and efficient operations. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at St. Thomas Aquinas College.
