Yoon Kim is the County Administrator for Collin County, serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for one of Texas's largest counties. They previously held roles as an Assistant District Attorney at the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office and as an attorney and managing member at Melton & Kim, PLLC and Goodwin & Kim, PLLC. From 2016 to 2024, Yoon served as the Director of Collin County CSCD. Yoon earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
