Werner Traut

Werner Traut has extensive work experience in the software engineering and telecommunications industry. Werner most recently worked at Collinear Group as a Senior Software Engineer starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avail as a Staff Software Engineer from June 2021 to April 2022. Werner also worked at Collinear Group as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2019 to June 2021. Before joining Collinear Group, Werner worked at Ericsson as a Solution Architect from December 2013 to September 2019. Werner also worked at TELCOCELL as a Consultant from July 2013 to December 2013 and from April 2012 to July 2013. In addition, Werner gained experience at Amdocs (ESL) at Telkom South Africa, where they held roles as a Development Expert and Group Leader from 2008 to 2012. Werner started their career at Telkom as an OMS Developer from 2005 to 2008, and prior to that, they worked as an IT Specialist from 1997 to 2005.

Werner Traut attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and also specialized in IT Management. In August 2019, they were certified as a Generalist Software Engineer by Triplebyte.
