Collingham is an independent, co-educational GCSE and Sixth Form college, based in Kensington, London.  Founded in 1975, we have been delivering excellent outcomes for fifty years with students moving on to top universities in the UK and elsewhere.  

Our aim is to enable individuals to discover their strengths, set their own goals and develop their potential and confidence. At the same time, we are uncompromising in our commitment to academic standards, personal integrity and the development of a sense of responsibility. We provide expert tuition, a clear structure of work and a supportive, adult environment. 

Flexibility is at the core of our offer. We offer multiple courses and a myriad of combinations. Elite sports students can balance study with training; and for those with other commitments or needs, we can balance some in-person teaching at school with some lessons on-line. 

Central to our offer is a culture of mutual respect and genuine passion to help each student be their very best.  First names, no uniform, highly experienced staff and a calm, purposeful environment means happy, fulfilled and successful students. At GCSE there are no more than nine students to a class; at A Level, no more than five.

Our GCSE department, for Years 9-11, is in what was once William Thackeray's house, just off Kensington High street. Our A Level building is in Collingham Gardens, a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station and offers A levels and immersion courses for students from ages 16-20 - i.e. Years 12, 13 and for those needing a second chance for success, Year 14.  We are also one of the foremost providers of Easter Revision Courses with over 150 courses on offer over the Easter holidays.
