Wolfgang Gall is an accomplished Lean Productivity Expert currently working at Wertstrom Werkstatt since December 2019, where services include guiding transformation processes through workshops and the implementation of Lean Management programs. Simultaneously, Wolfgang has been with Collini Group as a Corporate Lean Management Expert since February 2008, overseeing Lean Management strategies in collaboration with the board. Additionally, Wolfgang held the position of Technical Director for the Collini Business Unit in Russia for eight years, managing an operational team of 530 employees and focusing on strategic direction and organizational development.
