Ted Tyler

Ted Tyler is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in systems management and support. Currently serving at Collins Consulting, Inc. since February 2021, Tyler designs and implements client-side services in collaboration with government services, assists military leaders with CAC account creation, and manages VTC equipment. Previously, Tyler was a Software Support Analyst at SAIC, providing comprehensive support for USPTO users and handling software analysis, design, and testing. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at the United States Department of Defense, focusing on mainframe computer systems and logistics applications, and as a Satellite Operator and Maintainer in the US Army, where responsibilities included supervising telecommunication device installations and maintenance. Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
