Collins & Stephens are a respected Melbourne law firm that have been successfully operating for over 60 years. Nestled in the heart of the legal precinct, we have immediate access to all the law courts.

From humble beginnings, Collins & Stephens has grown through the dynamic relationship between Garry Stephens and Chris Mackay. Garry and Chris have been in partnership for more than 25 years. Nick Stephens joined the firm in 2003, bringing a wealth of knowledge in commercial litigation and insolvency.

Collins & Stephens has extensive experience and proven track record in all relevant courts and tribunals, including the Magistrates’ County, Supreme, Federal, Federal Circuit Courts and VCAT.

Our lawyers, legal assistants and entire team are helpful, collaborative and committed to ensuring you get the best outcome. We speak in plain English and operate with transparency. We keep you informed of progress and associated costs up front. You have direct access to our Partners and Lawyers, rather than dealing with layers of support staff.

We value the relationships we have established with our clients and pride ourselves on being approachable, affordable and accessible. Collins & Stephens are proud to be a respected, dependable law firm providing prompt, personalised and professional counsel to our loyal clients.
