Chris Pheil

Chris Pheil serves as the Global Head of EUC and Infrastructure at Collinson since March 2017, following a progressive career in infrastructure and technology services within various organizations. Prior roles at Collinson include Director and Associate Director of Infrastructure and Technology Services for the Americas, as well as IT Service Delivery Manager. Prior to Collinson, Chris Pheil was with Denali Advanced Integration, where responsibilities included directing managed mobility services, conducting business development, and overseeing service delivery for mobile technology clients. At FedEx Services, Chris managed IT services leveraging ITIL best practices to enhance incident management and customer experience, building on earlier experiences in service desk operations at FedEx Office and business analysis at FedEx Kinkos. Chris began the career as a Lead Contractor with Computer Horizons Corporation, managing the account for FedEx. Chris earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
