Dave Cauldwell

Dave Cauldwell is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the loyalty and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Collinson since April 2022, Cauldwell previously held roles such as Business Development Director for Valuedynamx and Head of Business Development for Financial Services at Reward. Prior to that, Cauldwell contributed significantly to Points as Senior Manager for Business Development in the EMEA region, focusing on loyalty currency retailing, travel portals, and currency exchange. Earlier career roles include Senior Marketing Manager at Reward, where Cauldwell played a key role in launching the NatWest & RBS MyRewards programme, and a stint as a Rugby Player with Rotherham Titans. Cauldwell holds multiple academic qualifications, including CIM marketing from BPP Law School, an MSc in Sport Science from Sheffield Hallam University, and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield.
