Irene Morillo

Irene Morillo is an experienced professional in the field of change management and training, currently serving as the Change and Transformation Lead at Collinson since April 2024, where leadership of a team of Data Analysts focuses on fostering a data-driven culture and developing training programs. Prior roles include Global Head of Portfolio Training at SITA from October 2014 to March 2024, overseeing a global team to align business and training objectives, and providing expertise in Change Management. Earlier in the career, Irene was a Training Manager at TrainingPros, specializing in instructional design for IT firms, including a decade with AT&T, and began as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture, conducting necessary analyses and developing training solutions. Irene holds a Master's degree in Instructional System Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Florida State University.
