Lauren Blake

Lauren Blake is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People and Culture Operations Manager at Collinson since July 2019, with previous roles including People and Culture Operations Lead and People and Culture Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an HR Administrator and HR Intern at Roche. Lauren holds a CIPD Level 5 HR qualification from Avado and a degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Canterbury Christ Church University. Additionally, Lauren was a student member of the Association for Project Management between 2015 and 2018.
