Lauren Fee is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a P&C Business Partner at Collinson since March 2022, Lauren is instrumental in developing and implementing People and Culture strategies aligned with operational goals. Previous roles at Collinson include Lead People and Culture Advisor and People and Culture Advisor, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and best practices in HR. Prior to Collinson, Lauren worked at CGG in various capacities, including HR Advisor and Employee Relations Coordinator, managing complex employee relations issues and supporting a large employee base. Lauren's educational credentials include a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, further complemented by a series of HR qualifications from BPP University and other institutions.
