Ryan Franklin

Ryan Franklin, MBA, currently serves as the Change and Transformation Manager at Collinson, where responsibility includes managing and influencing change in product-led operating model transformations. Previously, Ryan worked at Team Expansion, progressing from Project Coordinator to Team Lead and finally Project Manager, overseeing global change initiatives to expand organizational capabilities. A freelance consultant for Kent Business School, Ryan delivered key projects for both Missio International and Chelsea Football Club. Additionally, experience includes facilitating training at Discovery School of the Outdoors. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's in Intercultural Studies from Johnson University, complemented by an academic stint at Université de Poitiers.
