Sonia Wan, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced professional in human resources and people management with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture for APAC and formerly as the Head of People & Culture for North Asia at Collinson since August 2021, Sonia has a robust background having held various senior roles in the same company from 2007 to 2020, including Senior Manager of People & Culture for APAC. Prior to Collinson, Sonia was the Senior Human Resources Manager at SF Supply Chain from 2020 to 2021 and served as the Group Human Resources Officer at Belton Technology Group from 2005 to 2007. Sonia holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT University.
