Lakshit Mittal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product specialization. Currently serving as a Senior Product Specialist at Digii (formerly CollPoll) since September 2020, Lakshit has effectively led a Customer Success team within the Academics Department, focusing on team training and performance evaluation.
