Lakshmi has worked as a Senior Product Specialist at Digii (formerly CollPoll) since May 2021 and held the title of Operations Excellence Manager at HungerBox from May 2018 to April 2021. With a background in Electronics and Tele Communication Engineering, Lakshmi has continuously engaged in process improvement and employee engagement strategies to enhance productivity in various organizations. Lakshmi holds a PGDM in Production & Operations from XIME, Bengaluru, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.
