Eric Gilbert

Eric Gilbert has extensive work experience in engineering and technology roles. Eric'smost recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Colmore, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Technology and Engineering at Intalytics from 2018 to 2020, and as the Director of Software Engineering at Topdevz from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, Eric served as the Manager of Software Engineering at Masergy Communications, where they were responsible for leading the Unified Enterprise Security software group. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Software Engineering Manager at Orthofix from 2013 to 2014. Eric's career also includes a long tenure at L3 Communications - Link Simulation and Training, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer II from 2003 to 2013. In this role, they managed the development and business aspects of various products, including the RITE-Train Instructor Operator Station and Adaptive Training Sequencer.

Eric Gilbert attended Dallas Baptist University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they studied at Oregon State University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
