Colombo AI Conclave (CAIC) is a Sri Lanka based community platform accelerating practical and responsible AI adoption across education, industry, and society. We connect students, builders, educators, founders, and leaders through events and hands-on programs that turn AI curiosity into real skills, real projects, and real outcomes.

Colombo AI Conclave (CAIC) exists to expand the reach of AI beyond the tech domain. We believe the next wave of impact will come not only from better models, but from more people who can apply AI thoughtfully in their own contexts. CAIC is built as a convening platform where learners and practitioners meet, collaborate, and build.

We run talks, workshops, hackathons, and project showcases designed to lower barriers to entry and increase “time-to-building.” Our sessions emphasize practical application, clear fundamentals, and responsible use, helping participants move from experimentation to delivery. CAIC programs often bring together mixed teams and perspectives, because the most useful AI solutions usually emerge at the intersection of domain knowledge, product thinking, and engineering.
